Except for the uses listed above, we will not share Your Information with any unaffiliated person or entity without your express consent. We may, however, share Your Information with our affiliates for analysis, marketing and related purposes. For example, by sharing Your Information with our affiliates, we may be better able to offer a product to help you fight certain crop diseases.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the information you share with us and we automatically collect. The following are mechanisms you can use to control Your Information:

  1. Choices About Communications and How We Collect Your Information
    1. Communications You Receive

If you do not wish to receive certain communications, you may deactivate your account.  If you wish to opt out of marketing or similar emails, you may use the “unsubscribe” link we have included in such emails to remove yourself from the distribution list. You may also email us at to make your unsubscribe request. While you may have the option to opt out of a number of communications, there are some communications that you may not opt out of receiving. For example, communications relating to the status of, or changes to, your accounts, orders, and payments, cannot be opted out of by you.

    2. Collection of Your Information

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can set yours to decline them or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If your browser is set to decline cookies, please note that some parts of this website may then be inaccessible or not function properly. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will decline cookies, we will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our website.

  1. Information Security
    1. In General

We have implemented physical, technical and administrative measures to protect Your Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure while it is in our custody. If at any time you have reason to believe that your interactions with us are no longer secure, please contact us immediately at

    2. Identity Verification

Before allowing you access to any account you have with us, we may take certain steps to verify your identity. This is done to make Your Information more secure and to protect your privacy. You are responsible for keeping your password and account information secret.  You are also responsible for any transactions made from your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your password and other account information.

    3. Web and Email Transmission of Information

We use an industry-standard measure known as Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology to protect Your Information from loss or misuse during transmission from your browser to our servers. This technology encrypts the data that you send to us, helping to protect it from anyone who might wish to misappropriate it. Please keep in mind, however, that no method of transmission is completely secure. Because of this, we cannot guarantee the security of Your Information during transmission. Please also remember that email messages are often far less secure than web transmissions using TLS or similar technologies. We therefore request that you never send any sensitive information, such as credit card or Social Security numbers, to us by email.

  1. Use of Our Websites by Minors

While our websites are solely for use by adults, we are confident that no reasonable person would find any of our content harmful when viewed by minors. 1. International Users and the Cross-Border Transfer of Information

Our websites and other online services are controlled and operated by us from the United States, and as such are intended to be subject only to the laws and jurisdiction of the United States and/or any state therein.  We may store and process Your Information in any country in which we have facilities or engage Service Providers, and by using our websites, online services, WinField Products, or platforms, you consent to our transfer of Your Information to any such country or Service Provider. You further acknowledge your understanding that these other countries may have data protection laws and regulations that differ from those of your own country of residence.

      • Handling of any of Your Information that you provide to them

If you decide to access any of the unaffiliated third party websites linked from our website, you do so entirely at your own risk.  Further, we are not responsible for any of Your Information that you post or reference on any blog or other public-facing portion of our website. You acknowledge that any information you post or reference in any such forum can be read, collected or used (to send you unsolicited messages, etc.) by anyone else, including by those who accesses the same forum. Finally, our inclusion of a link to any unaffiliated third party’s website does not constitute any kind of endorsement or other approval of that website or of any statement, product, service, person, or entity listed or referred to therein.

    2. Third Party Applications

Please note that from time-to-time we may give you access to unaffiliated third parties’ applications and services. By default we do not share Your Information with any of these unaffiliated third parties. We therefore recommend that, when applicable, you carefully review those policies and practices to understand the privacy and security practices of such unaffiliated third parties.
